Barbara Davenport Quartet at the Fortuna Concert Series. Four familiar faces join forces to present an evening of ensemble and solo works. Pianist Barbara Davenport will be joined by flutist Jill Petricca, bassist Shao Way Wu, and percussionist Mike LaBolle. Springtime in Humboldt County means daffodils. The Fortuna Garden Club's 35th
Annual Daffodil Show features more than 600 stems of the sunny flowers on display at River Lodge. This is one of
three major daffodil shows in the state, drawing amateur growers and professional propagators from California and Oregon.
Held at River Lodge. Judging
is on both mornings. The show is open to the public in the afternoons
